Dolphin's starvation

A funny day (but damn hot: it was June 25th).
We were at work, with my colleagues Maciej and Gianpaolo.
I spotted this location a few days before: it is just beneath the ancient walls of Rome, close to Porta Metronia. Of course you would expect to see the ancient walls, but .... no way, those ruins play no role in this image. The site was so simple and straightforward to be suitable enough for this image.
We took the tables, the dishes, the balls and the inflatable dolphins, along with a lot of other stuff you don't see in the image (all the stuff is on the grass behind the camera). maciej made a lot of work in moving tables, keeping nylon wires hanging balls and fixing the dolphins. Giampaolo spent all the time in taking images and videos, thinking to make a "The making of Dolphin's starvation", to be shared on Youtube or elsewhere. Maciej worked hard and you could have made a time fix with a precision similar to an atomic clock, because on a 5-minutes time basis, he continuously repeated "Damn, here is really hot". Hu .... well, he was right ...it was really hot.

No man's land

You can walk in a land of "magnets and miracles", but paying no attention to all of them.

Every given day we walk in the amazing world of our mind, where every miracle id possible and where the impossible is the ordinary way of how things happen. However we are too busy and folded into ourselves to recognise that the every dream is real and into ourselves.

And this land belongs to no man.

Extreme starvation breakfast

This is the very first attempt with the brand new Canon 7D.
It belongs to the "Psychedelic home project" and it has been quite difficult to make, especially to keep the forks spoons and knives still on the body of the model (those on the wall were easy).

In my view the model posture is perfect to represent the boredom and "out-of-context" mood that was intended to have in this image.

Of course there is an extreme starvation in there.
